"The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!! Everyone, even the people at the restaurant were friendly and made fantastic recommendations. The food was delicious! Great, amazing hotel."

"Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend & auch in der Nacht erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine Bushaltestelle & die Metro ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar in gut 10 Minuten. Es gibt einen Supermarkt genau gegenüber & auch Cafés und Lokale. Im Dreibettzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage und einen Föhn. Nur der Wasserkocher, wie angegeben, war leider nicht im Zimmer - wobei wir ihn auch nicht gebraucht haben. Insgesamt ein fairer Preis & guter Aufenthalt. Danke!!"

Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera "
