"The apartment I was assigned was not the one in the photos online. At first, it appeared to be a nicer one. It was not! The jacuzzi tub, which was pointed out upon arrival, did not work. There was black mold in the shower. I was told it couldn't be cleaned until the day I was scheduled to check out.The a c had one setting - sub-Arctic! In the kitchen, there were broken, scorched and filthy pots and pans (he did bring one new pot and one new pan in the last afternoon - the only effort to...

"Great place, very cheap for Milan standards. The road next to the sleeping room of this apartment is a little bit noisy, even during late night, but on the other hand it is a great location for going out and have some drinks. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen holds all things that you need. Only improvement would be maybe providing more toilette paper... The staff at the office is nice, even if they are flocked together like pigs on a farm in a very, very small room...
