"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The only slightly negative thing to point out is the rooms are dated/old and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, when they use the bathroom, etc. But everything in the room worked fine and that is all I cared about. The staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful (a great start to my day). The best part is the location. It is only a couple of blocks from Centrale station, and I knew I would be coming into Milan that way as well as taking a tour out of there – so it was very convenient. Plus, there was a Metro stop (which I used a lot) right on the corner. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin-rated dim sum place that ended up being one of my favorite meals. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Greta 4 nights to begin our tour of Italy. Service here is wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms are huge by European standard with over sized king beds. The location is good for short cab rides to the train station or city center. Not much around as far as walking but there is an STK steakhouse across the street we enjoyed and the restaurant/ bar in the hotel is beautiful and has good food, which is nice after a long day out sight seeing. "
