"Here’s a polished version for your review: I had the pleasure of staying at Crystal Bay Yacht Club for four nights and, once again, it did not disappoint. I have been a guest here on numerous occasions, and I continue to appreciate the easy, relaxed experience this property offers. Check-in was speedy and efficient, and the staff throughout the resort were consistently kind and helpful. The ladies at the front reception were especially welcoming and always willing to assist with any request. I also want to mention the daily cleaning staff, who were remarkably efficient, cheerful, and clearly take pride in their work. The location is one of the true highlights — set on a lovely, quaint bay that makes Crystal Bay such a special place to return to. My room was brand new, spacious, comfortable, and offered all the basic amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. I have always appreciated the simple charm, setting, and reliability of Crystal Bay Yacht Club, and I look forward to returning again."

"This place is truly spectacular! I would recommend it to anyone and especially if you’re going for your Honeymoon. The staff are so friendly, plenty of food options, the spa is great as well as the infinity pools. They also have buggies for you to travel around easily at anytime. The front office respond to questions and queries swiftly and the views are breathtaking! "

"We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The resort is in a great location with easy walking access to nearby restaurants or shops, if you want an alternative to the in-resort dining. It is also in a slightly quieter area of Lamai, which is what we wanted. Our airport transfers were seamless, the room was very clean, and the room access to the pool was fantastic! Highly suggest booking the pool access suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly - felt sad to leave them. Thank you Tam, May, Khoon, Man, Sea, etc (inclusive of every encounter we had at the resort) for being so warm and welcoming! I highly recommend this resort to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Koh Samui. We cant wait to come back!"

"We stay there 4days. Staff and hotel was very nice except the breakfast not an international choices. There’s lots of pork and nots halal option. Around the hotel has lots of shop and night market nearby. The Burmese staff are really nice and helpful. "

"The property was nothing like what was advertised very disappointed. We left the property the next morning after arriving. We were a party of 6 adults and there was no way you could have spent 10 nights at this Villa. "
