"Beautiful property with a stunning view. Only issue is transportation as it is on the mountain & grabs/taxis cannot always make it to the property. We had to help one taxi up the hill by physically pushing the vehicle. "
"The staff are very helpful and easy to contact and provide imformation and booking for activities. Water is provided daily and breakfast was included as well as a 20% discount when eating at Dr. Frog's (on property dining and bar which was quite good). Some units require the use of steep stairs, and some tile work shows signs of age. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, comfortable, well decorated and well supplied with a mini-bar and other amenities.

"What's not to love about Baan Surkeep!! The gorgeous jungle like garden, beautiful pool,bar and restaurant, the smiling attentive staff,the cleanliness of the facility the delicious food and great music.
A slight snafu at check in was handled promptly by the owner which resulted in our getting a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the pool.
The only thing I feel I should mention is yes its a 8 minute walk down hill to the beach but then you have to cross a very busy 4 lane road and walk for...
"Amazing stay! - We loved every minute of our stay at Elephant Beach Club & Resort, the only regret we had is we didn't stay longer! - The location was right on the strip, but not noisy at all! The staff were very friendly, and cared about all their guests, the food and drink options were brilliant. The views and the access to the beach was a bonus, it was incredible and I cannot wait to come back!"
"Stayed 10 nights with my family of 4 and we were very happy with our stay. Especially the super friendly and helpful staff was a big part of our positive experience. Nice hotel, good facilities, but slightly small rooms for our preference. The location is very central to reach everything you want easily. Also, great access to beach and plenty of sunbeds(!). We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again if we get the chance to go back to wonderful Koh Samui. "
