"This is a nice hotel and we had a relaxing stay for the most part, but I had higher expectations. The pros: Good location, walking distance from several sights, beautifully designed and well-maintained premises, very cozy and comfortable rooms. And the staff was friendly (whenever we got a hold of them). The cons: It was really hard to get a hold of the front desk staff, they were always "on break". The approach to this hotel is wretchedly filthy (Thailand is quite clean otherwise). I...
