"They take pride in this place. very clean and quiet. Everything is brand new. Looks like they hired the right people too."

"They need grab bars in the shower and by toilet. Otherwise the room was great!"

"We were extremely impressed with how immaculate everything was at El Castell Hotel! The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and even the pool area was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was the noise due to thin walls and windows. We had extremely inconsiderate guests stomping and yelling throughout the night. Thankfully, the wonderful staff was incredibly accommodating and moved us to another room. Although we could still hear traffic,...

"The room looked great, spacious, modern and new, with comfortable mattresses, but the bathroom was very old, especially the shower. It definitely needs a whole upgrade. The shower is more like a room in itself (dark and somehow claustrophobic), with little tiles from floor to ceiling and dirty grout all around. "Nice and clean room. The kids loved the heated pool. Within walking distance to downtown."

"Parking was great and clean room and very helpful staff when I asked why I was placed in a handicap room. They gave me more towels for the floor in the bathroom. There was no bath tub so water was running out of the shower."

"Tolles gemütliches gepflegtes sauberes Apartment in ruhiger Lage nahe am Wasser. Super freundliches Personal. Alles fußläufig erreichbar."
