Great place to crash in the Monterey area if you're on a budget and last minute plans. It has all the basic amenities covered, rooms were clean and in great condition. We had a pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again!

It was good as far as it went. I was disappointed to find no breakfast, and while the lobby had chairs, it was was suitable for waiting temporarily, not a place to sit and relax and play cards, for example. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were commendable.

The hotel was more of a motel style layout where you entered the rooms from the outside. We were able to park in front of our rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful; the pool is small. Conveniently located for our visit to the Moneterey Bay Aquarium, and the beaches.

Room was very clean, and staff was helpful. It was a good stay overall; only reason I didn’t give five stars was it was a bit noisy with people walking in front of the room, and planes started taking off from the nearby airport before 6 (airport noise an issue for all the nearby hotels). Hotel does provide complimentary, sealed earplugs but that’s uncomfortable for me. I think if the rooms had better sound insulation it would be a 5 star based on value.
