"Right from the beginning of my visit the stay was excellent. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in as soon as it was possible. The room was nice and cool ready for our occupancy and we actually were shown to our room by a staff member dressed in traditional formal Philippine attire. The room was very comfortable beds were very nice and the view of the airport from the room was interesting as well. Overall a wonderful stay and I plan on using the Savoy in the future."

"The location is perfectly close to the airport, terminal 3. Walk the sky bridge and you are there. Don’t have to taxi or Grab as they tend to get stuck in traffic. Using the free airport shuttle to transfer between terminals are more efficient and convenient if your flight arrives or departs from terminal other than terminal 3. Church, food, shopping, and Casino are all within walking distance. Amazingly quiet even though it is close to the airport."

"Terrible experience. The listing on Expedia is nowhere close to the actual condition of the unit. The unit is very old and poorly maintained. The utensils were rusty, the scissors were too dull to cut anything, the toilet bidet would not shut off properly, and the shower drain was clogged. Check-in was acceptable, although it required some waiting before everything was set up. However, the check-out process was very inconvenient. They require a staff member to sign a release form before check-out can be completed. I requested a 9:45 AM check-out time, and the representative I was speaking with (Kyla) agreed. At 10:00 AM, I followed up to ask where the staff member who needed to sign the form was. She repeatedly said that the staff was on the way but could not provide an exact ETA. Later she said the staff would arrive at 10:30 AM, but the person only arrived at 10:50 AM. This was more than an hour past the agreed check-out time. It was very unacceptable that we were made to wait inside the unit for over an hour when we could have planned our time better if they had provided an accurate ETA. Overall the main concern here is their Expedia posting and the actual unit. Modern unit based on the posting, while the unit provided is a completely an old condo, which requires maintenance, reno, and replacement of the kitchenwares "

" The place is not maintained. Lack of staff support. I would not recommend it. Upon my arrival, there was no microwave, toaster, free toiletries, slippers. they state as present under amentias. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Lizards and coakroacks in the unit. They never addressed it. The shower door was broken. It was extremely difficult to open. Took them 4 days to repair after repeatedly remined them. The AC stopped cooling. Their solution was to provide a fan. They never fixed it. See Pictures "
