"The room itself was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. Although there is an office on-site, there is no receptionist available in the building. Instead, guests must use a self-service machine for check-in and check-out. After paying my security deposit, the machine failed to provide the room key as it was supposed to. I had to call the property’s phone number, and a staff member came over from the hotel/building across the street to bring me my key. She was helpful and...

"The hot tub was just warm, not hot. It would have been helpful to know that the pool slide was not in use before booking as we booked this place specifically for the pool, slide and hot tub. Other than that, the shower/bath combo was dated but it was clean place to stay."
