"The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. "If you book at this b&b be very sure that you check in by stopping by Hotel Verdon BEFORE reaching to your destination of Les Jardins de Lermitage .. its a 5 minutes drive away in the opposite direction of where cottages are ..We did not see this instruction pre arrival and when we got there, it was a a bit of a chore to find out that theres no checking in at the cottage itself.
