"This property was difficult to locate in Park being in the downtown. They have a lounge, but a weak breakfast was €19. Parking was a hassle as well as unloading the car. If you didn’t have a car, this would be an easy place to navigate. This hotel really business traveler I would think better than vacationers. The nearby area was OK but the staff should’ve directed us too old town. Certainly an OK place."

"All in all, a very good hotel. Centrally located, easy access to tram. Good dining options around."

"We really enjoyed our staff! Rooms are nicely decorated, from the hotel photos we thought it would be a grungier design, but we were relieved to find that this was not the case. The hotel parking can be a nightmare when it is almost full, as parking slots are very small. Kitchenware is new and expansive. We appreciated the friendliness of staff."

"Hôtel de très bonne qualité globalement Très bon rapport qualité prix."

"Well located in front of Place Victor Hugo, nice staff"

"Great location being walking distance to historical sites. Discount provided for parking was appreciated. Our room was not the same as photos posted. room was old and tired looking, and much smaller than what it looks like in the photos they provided."

"This was more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star."

"The staff were responsive to suggestions. Routine maintenance like oiling / greasing the door hinges would improve the experience at minimal cost."

"Mon endroit préféré quant je viens sur grenoble Les chambres, les espaces commun, le restaurant l'accueil tout est parfait Le petit plus la navette gratuite pour aller en ville . Le personnel est au petit soin"

"Inas, Melina, and Riyadd are what makes me want to come back regardless of how impeccable everything else is."

"Breakfast was awesome. I love orange juice machine!"

"Voyage parfait, le vrai plus était les réceptionnistes, nous avons eu la chance d'en rencontrer 3, ils étaient tous géniaux: serviables, à l'écoute et sympathique."

"Perfectly acceptable for the price, but there was no personnel on site at chechin, the ac dripped water all night long, and the floors were dirty. Breakfast was adequate, but not actually worth the cost."
