Excellent hotel

Excellent stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty. This hotel is well located close to the railway station and the downtown area.

Disappointing and outdated

Very old and run down hotel. Depressing room, filthy carpet and out dated bathroom. Sofa in lounge falling apart, smell of cigarette in hallways and elevator. Very basic furniture in room and below average furniture in lobby, hallways & bedroom. Bed, pillows and sheets were very confortable & clean towels. Everything else very disappointing.

This was a modern clean hotel right next to the train station at a reasonable price. The room had a safe and mini fridge. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

When I walked in to check in it was really hot. Ask the hotel clerk and she said don’t worry rooms are cold. Well no where near to have cool air. Barely slept that night. Won’t go back and quite surprised this service under the Novotel chain

Friendly staff both in reception and bar. Really comfortable bed with good assortment of pillows. Air conditioning worked perfectly so could sleep without problem. Perfect location when attending congress at the WTC and really good access to train station.

I've booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children half board. At the check in i've been informed that dinner was included only for adults while children had to pay. I've checked on reservation documents but that was not mentioned. I will ask expedia for a refund. Hotel is good, close to the train station, 20 mimutes walk from downtown.
