Very nice hotel, not far from old town (10min). Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Other than very parfumed soap ( not great for people sensitive to smells) no other amenities in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Restaurant was ok for dinner, we were not that happy with dinner food.

Have stayed in Grenoble many times, first time here. Very nice bar area open until 11p. Staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Tram is right in front - easy access to all of Grenoble. Will come back next time I am in Grenoble!

Pretty comfortable beds. Good Central location. I would advise not to use their Car Park as the door has been damaged and the Hotel do not accept responsibility for any damage to your vehicles. During my stay, 2-3 Cars were vandalised during the night. They seem to go for hire Cars.

Booked at last minute for our driver who had to spend a night there. I payed at the point of booking and driver was charged at checkout too. Originally the driver was given a room with no AC and no possibility to open a window. Had to complain to be moved to another room. Do not go there….

Hotel Merkur ist ein sehr gutes Stadthotel von Grenoble. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bad inklusive. Das Frühstück, das zwar nicht ganz billig ist, war vielseitig und vorzüglich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und Aufenthalt und Frühstück sehr genossen.

Hôtel agréable.

Très bien, bien situé . Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas moyen de manger ne serait ce qu’une assiette froide le samedi soir ou le dimanche , mais il y a des alternatives autour de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. La literie est excellente.

Je suggère de considérer d'autres hôtels dans la région, car le choix actuel donne une impression d'être désuet et de manquer de propreté. Serviceminded personale men hotel med mangler

Meget serviceminded personale alle steder! Men den generelle oplevelse påvirkes af at klimaanlægget på værelset ikke virker, og hele øverste etage er meget varm. Værelserne er små for et firestjernet hotel. Bar og restaurant var lukket. Hvis man er i bil er det en risikabel beliggenhed, hvor man ifølge receptionisten systematisk bryder ind i udenlandsk indregistrerede biler der parkerer på gaden. Hotellets garage har ikke plads til større biler i båsene.

Der Standort ist gut. Die Zimmer klein. Am Empfang wurde ich orientiert, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Es war brutal heiss und stickig im Zimmer - und kein Fenster welches man öffnen konnte! Erholung wäre was anderes. Leider keinen Nachschlag erhalten... was nicht gerecht ist. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Pas de climatisation, et pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre sur la rue donc pas d’air dans la chambre. Il faisait plus chaud dans la chambre que dehors, soi-disant une information communiquée à vos services. Pour autant lorsque j’arrive, je découvre à la réception qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation dans l’hôtel est en panne, ce n’est pas digne d’un Mercure
