"Booked an apartment room for three adults, two elderly 70+ parents and myself, months ahead of time, and we arrived to find that the room they gave to us was a modified double bed with a couch shoved into the space between the bed and the “kitchen” area. The “sofa bed” couldn’t even open fully because the space was so small. See photos. When we brought it up with the staff, they tried to get us to PAY MORE to upgrade our room. My 70 year old parents had to stack our furniture in the room in the corner just so that I could sleep in the bed and move around the narrow space between it and the walls. They made us wait 2.5 hours for a response and ruined our vacation, stole our money, and wasted our time. Absolutely disgusting service. Do NOT book this place. Paris is full of lovely hotels and excellent service. Avoid this place."

"Great location to explore and good connectivity! The property is undergoing renovation but still maintained well and wonderful staff."

"Staff were very friendly. Hotel is located near many restaurants and the food in these restaurants were excellent it also also located near the metro line for getting around and also the bus line. The room was very nice maybe smaller than what we’re used to in America but very nice clean and bathrooms were small, but very clean. It was a great day for three nights. Thank you Christopher."

"AC basically non existent. Very stuffy in the room. Once the windows were open, we are across the street from the bar so very loud until 3AM. Extremely poor lumpy and flat pillow. Would not recommend."

Not only was the staff so friendly and helpful, they constantly made me feel comfortable with a language barrier. The room was adorable, clean and perfect for a solo trip. The location was also convenient!"
