"Its a 3star hotel but the very friendly staff makes it 4 star quality."

"The family room was 2 rooms next to each other and not enclosed together. One room had a double bed and the other had twin beds. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Rooms were clean but the worn out carpets in both rooms made them feel dinghy and dirty. Expedia VIP perks were also not as expected based on other places within Europe that we have stayed at with VIP perks."

"This hotel is quite new and they are working out some of the bugs. For example, a piercing alarm went off each day for about 5 minutes because the smoke detectors are too sensitive. Annoying, but minor irritant. The room was clean, quiet, the shower was delightful, and the bed was comfortable. "

"A little too small for our liking. No room to put your belongings. Staff was responsive but not present, which seems weird for a hotel. No front desk."

"Spent 377 a night and could cool my room because the heater was on,, told by staff and Mgr that it’s an old building so if it’s heated you can’t cool your room, never spent that kind of funds to not have any control of how comfortable your room is. Will NOT come back or reccomend"

"The decor was beautiful! Very clean. Friendly staff. Very French, which we enjoyed so much. Very nice breakfast was worth the extra that we paid ahead. Only problem we had as Americans was that our adapters/converters to charge our devices wouldn't fit due to recessed outlets, but they gave us one that worked. Also no AC but we opened the beautiful casement window. We were there in spring, so they may have the AC on during summer. Located on a nice, quiet side street."

"Hermoso lugar, servicio de primera, alimentos exquisitos; todo WOW!! 10/10. Tienen un jardín y terraza PRECIOSO! Solo que no tienen regadera, la regadera es manual, dentro de la tina y eso no es cómodo. Al tercer piso no llega el elevador. Fuera de eso, regresaría sin pensarlo. Huges, el gerente, creo, se lleva las palmas de oro; no solo porque habla español sino porque es de las personas que tienen la vocación de servicio y una sonrisa natural que se le desborda de su persona.
