Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. "We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. "Poor welcome no explanation there was no lift so left us wandering around. Charged card overnight didn’t add anything at all so clearly broken but not out of order. Place was a mess on arrival there was a kids room behind reception, mess spilling out. Room was fine only complaint was very small towels for kids. Worst part was breakfast, couldn’t eat because of the amount of bar flies all over everything, plates were so dirty enough to turn your stomach off eating. Avoid!!"
