Hotel is lovely ! Checking in staff where great the lobby bar where nice people but they need more training not their fault We dined in the restaurant the food was poor I didn’t eat my main the steak was not good staff where efficient but they didn’t seemed at all bothered that our table of four didn’t eat all the food This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed here but will not be back because of the good

+ Great location, impressive building, comfortable bed. - Overpriced and lousy breakfast. Swimming pool much too hot. Sauna broke down weeks ago and no signs of reparation. One fitness machine equally broken down for over a week. Unbelievable a spa hotel does not offer a richer supply of shampoo, douche geld etcetera. Restaurant quality rather poor, staff confused and somewhat rude. Footsteps from rooms above audible in the room, impinging on your sleep.

The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport.

the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully renovated old military hospital, high ceilings, sympathetic materials, amazing glazed lobby, most beautiful spa i have seen for a long time. The town is quite nice but nothing very special, had few drinks in the lovely square which was nice. Art museum was closed till 2024? and townhall under renovation.

Une royale déception au royal Hainaut

Ayant pris une Suite présidentielle je dois dire que j ai été globalement déçu. D’abord la chambre était certe grande mais avec un couloir d entrée immense qui me sert à rien. Les plafonds sont très bas et la chambre peu lumineuse. Les salles de bain sont grande mais aucune pression dans les douches et la baignoire. En plus nous étions 3 et juste deux peignoirs. Enfin trop de chose qui ne vont pas pour une suite à 800 euros. L’endroit est pourtant incroyable

Somptueux mais quelques ameliorations...

Magnifique établissement Le cadre est somptueux Tres propre et tres bien décoré pour les fêtes ! La piscine est sublime et la température de l'eau agréable. Seule la brasserie était ouverte et le repas était correct dans son ensemble. Quelques services restent à améliorer: - Une seule personne a l'accueil a mon arrivée et le check-in fut particulièrement long - Le hammam était en panne. - La qualité du petit déjeuner est tres moyenne, dommage.... Jen garde néanmoins une magnifique souvenir !
