"The overall experience was good . Rooms were good. We had two rooms one room they didn’t clean as well found cigarette butts on floor. We told staff and they said “sorry”."

"The room wasn’t cleaned or beds made, all that was done was new towels were given. The shower sink and toilet was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. The TV did not work in the first room we were given but they did move us to another room."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay...

"no wash cloths loose shower wand assembly falling off loose sink faucet had to call down for wash cloths 4 times only to be told you don't have them forgot to add us t airport shuttle breakfast was terrible extremely runny eggs oj machine was empty etc.."

"Very close to airport. shuttle was at a cost 18 eur for one and bags return. Although I had directions I found difficult to find Terminal 3 to find shuttle pick up."

"Amazing hotel. Good service. Clean rooms. The family suite is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and a nice huge variety. No regular ground coffee. Just expresso’s, Cappuccino’s Americano’s and other coffee drinks and teas. But it was all good. Nice rooftop and bars."

"Hôtel de charme , au calme à 15 min de l’aéroport en voiture . Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées . Un cocktail au bar très bien servi dans le salon adjacent . Dommage qu’il pleuvait car l’espace extérieur est très grand et bien aménagé . Le seul bémol est la pression de l’eau ds la douche mais ça reste un détail insignifiant. Je recommande vivement !"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel.It was very clean,spacious. We had a coffee machine in the room,microwave and a small fridge. The bedding was changed every day. We would fresh towels and a two water bottles in the fridge every day.We had breakfast included.Very cute little reception area with so much choice for breakfast."

"nice place, but I did a mistake. I reserved this place because I was sure my airport was Leonardo Da Vince, but my airport was Orly. cost me a lot of money in transportation. my bad, my mistake...."
