Hotel Artemide
Breakfast was amazing, staff bent over backwards for us. Tv wasn’t working one evening, called desk & a staff member knocked on our door 5min later, fixed our problem in 5 min…. US could learn a bit about service from you guys …. Thank you!

Excellence Suite
Nice room, good size, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Lacks storage space as only a wardrobe in the room. Rooms supposedly soundproof but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. People in the apartment above us were very noisy from approx 6:30am every morning with feet stomping, chair scraping on ...

UNA Hotels Decò Roma
We loved our room and the staff. The staff was friendly and efficient. But there was an odor in our bathroom. It was not pleasing. It smelled like a sewage line. We were thinking of returning in March to your hotel, but now we are not sure.
