"Nice Hotel"

"Serena was nice, but never saw her after check-in. Didn’t know where to leave the keys at the end. Room was nice but hot water slow in coming. Thought there was a communal rooftop terrace but on a 4th floor rooms. Elevator was quaint but claustrophobically small. Breakfast (free) at the restaurant across the street was limited-Italian (coffee, OJ and a croissant) or American ( coffee, toast, bacon and scrambled eggs) - no substitutions. Nice area, near the Spanish steps."

"Center of the shopping "

"We found QT Suites to be charming but the biggest joy for us was Larissa. She greeted us with a cordial hospitality like all front desk person should but it just got better as days went on. She was kind, always had a smile and was very helpful throughout our stay until the end. Even on her day off, she made sure our taxi arrangements were on schedule. We would come back and stay again. I hope Larissa would still be with y’all. "
