Muito bom custoxbeneficio

Foi muito bom o custo benefício...o quarto era muito bom...o banheiro compartilhado mas só entre 2 quartos então foi tranquilo...não tem uma sinalização do local...lá é um prédio é um dos apartamentos é onde fica a ohi...quando chegamos tinha um aviso na porta para ligar e em 5 min o anfitrião nos recebeu...tudo muito rápido e tranquilo.

Not worth it

Minus: Harde senger, mykje støy frå gata, ingen TV (men er ikkje her for å sjå på den uansett), slitt bad der det fort blir vannsøl utover heile golvet. Låg igjen søppel frå tidlegare gjester i nattbordet. Pluss: Kort avstad til Termini.

Fatal, se rompió la cerradura y nos dejó 5 días con la puerta abierta después de decírselo mil veces pasó de nosotros, ni aparecía por alli, además de no darnos ticket por lo pagado y decírselo también muchas veces, baño horrible.

Bed bugs?

had the most horrible stay ever. My children woke up every morning with what appear to be bug bites. In the day of arrival we sat in the common area of the building for 2 hours before getting seen to. We were harassed by the tenants and groundskeeper of the building daily. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

NOT A HOTEL

This accomodation is not a Hotel, it's a private apartment with one fridge (no kitchen), one bathroom and three roms, that are all offered separately, means u share a bathroom with people u don't know, who rented the two other rooms. This and the fact, that the cleaning guy accidentally clogged the washbasin is the the only negative points. The room was clean, and in my opinion nice. The apartment is very close to the main station “Termini“ and a baker and a daily flea market were in the same street as well as some pretty good and not that expensive restaurant. Further less important negative points are that the landlord was not very puctual and we waited about an hour for him, before we got into the building and the area around main station might not be the safest at night, so don't walk there alone.

Centrally located, basic with a misleading website

Outward flight was fine, but on arrival at Ciampino it was unclear where the Shuttle Bus to Termini Station departed from. The free information booth service told it was at Platform 1 & 2 but no timetable was displayed As we were arriving late will followed Expedia's advice and emailed via the Ohi Accommodation website and directly in English and Italian 3 times and texted once, with no replies. Once we contacted Expedia they did get confirmation that we would be able to get into our room The intercom system outside the building did not let us speak to the owner. Instead we had to ring a mobile number, and were asked to wait 10 minutes. We were let in by a man with little or no English and escorted to our room which turned out to be a room in a small 2 roomed flat The door lock was broken and a toilet style lock and been screwed to the door & frame internally so we could not lock our room when we went out and had to trust the honestly of the neighbours. A determined person could easily have broken in when we were in with the door locked The room itself was basic and clean, and next to the bathroom and we did not have a problem getting into the bathroom when we needed to When we asked about the communal kitchenette shown on the website we were told there was none, and that there was also no reception so on the last day, we had to pay to use Left Luggage at Termini Station instead The return transfer was fine but the flight was delayed due to a security incident in Manchester

Would not stay at this location during hot weather

This is not a hotel or hostel (three separate rooms and shared bath).There is no front desk and contact is only possible via phone and staff was difficult to reach when we arrived. The description included a TV that was not accurate. Air conditioning was not working in our room. Mentioned to staff multiple times and it was never resolved. The room was extremely hot and opening the windows was not possible because noise from surrounding businesses,buses, and trash pickup was too loud for us to sleep through.

Senkinek sem ajánlom, odaérkezéskor kaputelefonon csengettünk, de senki nem jelentkezett, hívtuk a megadott mobiltelefon számot és mondták hogy kb 5 perc és jönnek, addig vártunk, majd mikor bementünk, és mutatta a szobát, kérte a pénzt, de nem volt nála váltópénz, és nem tudott vissza adni, azt mondta, hogy minden nap van úgy is takarítás és majd az ágyra leteszi, mondtuk neki oké, első 3 nap egyáltalán nem volt senki se takarítani, csak az utolsó 2 napban, de akkor sem cseréltek törölközőt, ágyneműt semmit, aztán már meguntuk, és levittük magunk inkább a szemetet is, a közös fürdőszoba iszonyatos, a víz alig ment le, rossz a lefolyó, úszott a víz mindenhol a padlón. Mi direkt légkondicionált szobát kértünk mire a pasi bekapcsolt 1 ócska csikorgó-nyikorgó álló ventilátort, és kiment az előszobába valami kapcsolót elfordított, és azt mondta hogy központi a rendszer, gyakorlatilag 5 nap alatt 1 celsiust sem hűlt le a szoba egyáltalán nem működött, így ablakot nyitottunk, de olyan zaj volt a buszoktól, és az alatta levő étteremtől, hogy nem lehetett aludni. Többször jártam már Rómában, és mindig a Termini körül laktunk, de ilyen még sosem volt

Majapaikan ulko-ovessa oli numero, johon piti soittaa, jotta joku tulee avaaan ovet. Soitimme, mies ei ymmärtänyt englantia, hoki vain "twenty minutes". Puolen tunnin kuluttua uusintasoitto, nyt hän sanoi "one minute"! Kokonaisen tunnin kuluttua tuli mies avaamaan ovet ja johdatti meidät huoneistoomme. Astuessamme sisään havaitsemme heti hyvin voimakkaan kissan pissan hajun. Mies alkoi hokea: beautiful room, beautiful room! Johon vastasin, että me emme voi jäädä sinne karmean hajun vuoksi. Sitäpaistsi olen allerginen kissalle. Hän jatkoi hokemistaan, koska ei selvästikään ymmärtänyt, mitä sanoin. Sitten soitti jonnekin, ojensi minulle kännyn ja sanoi: boss. Ja boss puhelimessa: beautiful room. Selitin tilanteen, en ole alkuunkaan varma, ymmärsikö puheestani mitään. Väänsin hänelle kuitenkin, ettemme voi jäädä. Lähdimme pois etsimään uutta majapaikkaa. Mies tuli yllättäen myöhemmin kadulla luokseni ja antoi ymmärtää, että uusi majapaikka oli löytynyt. Kieltäydyin kohteliaasti ja jatkoimme matkaa. Huone näytti päällisin puolin siistiltä, lakanat oli varmaan vaihdettu, mutta emn missään nimessä voi suositella paikkaa kenellekään.

Not what we booked

When we arrived at the hotel there was nobody available. I called the mobile number for the Ohi and was told that someone would be there in 20 minutes. After half an hour a man arrived and immediately told us that the room we had booked was no longer available.( We had called and confirmed our booking the day before we travelled). The man told us that we would have to pay an extra 20 euros to stay in another room and asked for 134 euros. My card didn't work in the machine that he produced so he took me to the nearest cash machine, leaving my wife alone in an empty room. On our return he told us to follow him. we did and he took us down the street to another hotel where we were given a room but told we could only stay there for one night because it was booked already.We were shown another room and told that it would be available from 9am the next day. This wasn't true as we left our room and handed over the key only to be told that the room would not be available until 3PM. We asked if we could leave our bag so that we could do some sightseeing. We returned at 4PM and went up to the hotel. The manager gave us a key and took us to another room saying the room he had shown us was unavailable. The room was clean but very small. We ended up having to both sleep in a single bed that had been made up for two people. We ended up out of pocket, paying more than was agreed. We didn't see the man from the Ohi for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed with our experience.

Oh dear Ohi

We had booked a room with 4 single beds. What we got was a double and bunkbeds. The accommodation is an appartment with 3 rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has to be shared with potentially 12 people which I had not realised when I booked. After 4 nights when were out we returned to find that all our stuff had been moved to another room without our permission or any prior notice. We then had a double bed and a single. After another day we returned to find the double had been removed and we had only 2 singles. On our arrival we had to call a mobile number and wait 25 minutes for the owner to let us in. He insisted on payment in cash rather than card and charged us 3.5 Euro tax per person per day in addition to what we expected to pay and was not willing to give a receipt. When I insisted on this he did agree to drop one off the next day and then was a scrappy hand written note only showing the tax. The only good points are that the accommodation is very well located near the termini and is quite clean but I would certainly not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Estadia a pior possível ,lugar sem recepção,sem placa de identificação,sem tv, tudo fechado. Contamos com ajuda de moradores locais para telefonar para o dono e o mesmo nos passar a chave. Banheiro compartilhado com mau cheiro ,sem sabonete.Fujam desse local.

Don't book this place, it is a ripped off

This place is a private condo, they have a cell number at the entrance, as nobody answer the intercom, the cell number called several times and they said it was a wrong number (only spoke Italian)... checked the number listed at hotels.com and is the same number. I couldn't contact the property and had to look for another place to stay. DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE, it is a ripped off.

Bagno vecchio e nella vasca adibita a doccia era impossibile lavarsi per la poca acqua che scendeva e per la temperatura non costante della stessa. Ottimo per la posizione ma non ci tornerei! Ragazzo delle pulizie molto cortese!

zentral gelegenes Appartement

Unkomplizierter Empfang und Übergabe. Das Wasser in der Toilette lief dauernd und es stank irgendwie ganz komisch in der Wohnung mit den verschiedenen Zimmern. Rest einfach und i.O.

Très déçue par l'hôtel

Un soi disant hôtel qui en fait n'était qu'une chambre tres sommaire comportant seulement 2 lits et une armoire. Le tout dans un environnement peu propre et surtout, un manque d'accueil évident. Nous sommes arrivées sans personne pour nous accueillir et surtout pour nous donner les clés, ce qui nous a fait attendre 2h dans le restaurant d'à coté qui nous a finalement ouvert! Le lendemain le "gérant" nous a amené les clés de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pa: nous avons été enfermées contre notre gré dans la chambre car la serrure était cassée... pour résumer, malgré sa bonne situation et le prix abordable, je déconseille fortement cet endroit daube part à cause de la malhonnêteté mensongère des gérants et également par l'état des chambres.
