Property managers were very accessible and communicated in English very well via WhatsApp. Property was super clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is limited transportation. Although it is not the owners fault it is something to consider when booking - if you don't rent a car the bus stops are a bit of a walk and uber/taxi were 40-75 Euros to get to Rome city attractions. It is a 20 min walk to nearest grocery store and 10 min to a few restaurants.

Otroligt hjälpsam ägare

Mycket bra boende en kort resa från Palapellicone ca 8 min med taxi och 14 min med buss som går runt hörnet. Restaurang med bra mat och trevlig personal och även ett café/tobaksaffär i samma byggnad Ägaren är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam +++++

Camere pulite, personale cortese. Zona tranquilla e ambiente molto accogliente. Posizione comoda per raggiungere diverse mete. C’è anche un bar tabacchi fornitissimo degli stessi proprietari e una tavola calda per un buon pranzo economico ma buono. Per la sera, adiacente c’è un ristorante pizzeria molto buono.

a very nice guest house with good facilities. theres a cafe and shop on site. the owners are helpful with giving directions to bus stops and nearest transport connections around the area ( bus - metro links etc.) .I stayed here because of the closeness of natures reserves. i was on a birdwatching holiday and visited various site ( eg osia antica ruins and coastal reserves ).i saw 71species of birds. you can prebook a shuttle service for airports using Whats app .good local italian hospitality all round.

Rooms above a bar and restaurant

We found the suite we were assigned in superb condition. But,if you don't speak Italian then communication is difficult as no one speaks English The major concern was noise from several sources. The owner kept his office outside our door and was on his phone or talking to guests which was very audible The noise from the bar and restaurant continued till 11pm and the bar opened at 6am There are quite a fe stairs involved in reaching the rooms It should be made clear that this clean, well equipped accommodation is for Italian speaking young people

Rent og pent gjestehus i landlige omgivelser.

Dette "hotellet" ligger ganske langt unna Roma sentrum, så det er ganske landlige omgivelser. Ikke noe særlig forbindelser med omverdenen, vi brukte Uber for å komme oss rundt. Uansett; for oss fungerte det perfekt, siden vi bare trengte en plass å sove og ikke hadde behov for sightseeing. Rent og pent rom og en pizzeria og kafé i samme bygg. Altså; vi spiste frokost og middag på samme plass alle de 4 dagene vi var der.
