parking lot system is pretty good, I like it
the twin room was kinda big and enjoyed splendid Biwako view
also had a super good time of brekfast with various kind of foods and all kinds we had were very very tastey. it's for sure we'll be back.

Whether it was dinner reservations, taxi bookings or hunting down sake glasses that I admired, she made it all happen effortlessly for us. "This property is very close to Kodai-ji, which was very convenient. Also, the host washed, dried, and folded our laundry (a family of 5) while we were out seeing the sites. This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay. Although it was a bit more expensive than other options, these benefits were well worth the additional cost."
"This hotel is amazing and the staff working there is awesome and always helpful. It's located right besides the famous 5-storey pagoda. All the attractions in this area are walkable distance. The staff is always there to help with any kind of questions and provide suggestions for anything. The lady (Shun) was always there for us, helped with our luggage and allowed us to do a early check in as well. She is the best. :) "
