โรงแรมใกล้เกาะรีโวอัลโต, เวเนเชี่ยน ไอส์แลนด์ส

"It is more of a self service hotel so expect that. Also, it is your typical older, Miami-style hotel in southbeach so no elevator but has been modernized some. Rooms are sizable and clean. Bathroom could use a little work but again, all was expected and in line with typical local hotels."

"This property is 10 of 10 . We love our stay. Although there is no staff on site the communication by text was excellent. The hotel is located near to stores and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend will stay again."

"Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Didn't like the extra $32 a day fees they added at the end."

"Great place close to the beach, staff was helpful"

"Staff were attentive but the property, pool, grounds were pretty dated. Location was a plus if you want to be near the beach action"

"This property was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise, it was clean, comfortable. We did a self check in. The owner’s instructions were clear for the self check in. The breakfast was very good, great variety of fresh fruits, eggs, coffee, juice, jam, toasts all home made! The location was great! 10 min walk to miami beach, restaurants, shopping and farmacies. Overall 10 stars!! Thank you!!"

"Very great experience with Franklin Suites. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in miami."

"This property should not be offered. It is under a full remodel. There are gaps in the doors where people can see in. They painted baseboards all night long. Absolutely terrible."

"The Whole Apartment Was Very Spacious & Clean & They Supplied Pots Dishes & Dish Washing Liquid. It’s A Very Quiet, Comfortable Place & It’s Going To Be My ‘GO TO PLACE’ Whenever We Go To Miami. Oh, TRADER JOES Is Right Downstairs, So All Your Shopping Needs Are Right There In The Same Building, Not To Mention Lincoln Drive Is Right Around The Corner With Restaurants, NIKEY, Victoria Secret, H & M, Journeys & More."

"Its a good property on the Ocean Drive (with public parking just a block away), conveniently located in the right area, not too loud, still everything at your reach. Staffs are helpful, clean property, well maintained pool. The only complaint I have - the rooms are too small, not even having a place to open your bags, especially when you have kids with you. Literally need to open it either on bed or on the floor. Comparatively the bathroom was much spacious."

"The lady that checked me in was adorable and sweet, very welcoming. the room at first glance was nice, The water carafe on the bed had mold on it, and the water looked like it been in there forever. Stained sheets, I honestly only booked for the aesthetics and it looked safe for a solo traveler, I also loved that it came with a wine and cheese hour, until the sweet lady at check-in told me they haven’t had that since Covid 🤔 there’s no way I should’ve seen that as an amenity, the door sounds...
