"The hotel exceeded my expectations, I was in room 306 and the room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and most importantly clean! Marcos, Donielle, and Julie were fantastic! Marcos made check in easy and also let us check in early, Donielle was great in helping locate my package, and Julie made check out easy and was very helpful with our last minute needs. The check in was seamless! I also had a delivery sent to the hotel and I was able to get that with ease! The pool was nice and the location was convenient and across the street from cvs that had all your last minute needs. Hotel was walking distance to many restaurants (the hotel restaurant was beautiful and offered live jazz music) and about a 15min walk to ocean drive! I would choose to stay at this hotel again solely off the great customer service and room!"

"Absolutely incredible experience. The location of the hotel was on the strip in front of the beach. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was attentive to every need, including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and aloe vera. I am a critical traveler and I give this place a solid 5 stars."

"Spacious room with well stocked kitchen. Only 1/2 mile from beach and 2 blocks from city parking ramp. Many restaurants in the area. It is loud at night due to the party atmosphere on the street, but seems to quiet down after 10:30 or so."

"Hi - When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to wait until 4:30 - was supposed to be ready at 4:00 pm. The room was not clean. The tv must have been broken and it was replaced with a 24 inch tv. It was old and not clean. Would not recommend staying here."

"We were sold this establishment as "family-friendly". It definetly is not. The music coming from the restaurant is extremely loud until 1h30 am during the weekend and around 11h30 pm during week days. My 3 years old couldnt nap and didn't fall asleep before midnight on both nights we were there because of the music level. The pool is uncovered and the water is boiling hot. There are nowhere to get shade on the rooftop. The "crowd" is mainly adults that want to party until dawn and suround the pool completely drunk during the weekend. On the other hand, the employees were always welcoming and the premises were mostly clean (other than the pool who was very dirty)."
