"The place is great and the area is phenomenal. Almost everything is done online, including checking in and access to the entrance and the room. Cool concept. This is our second time there and we'd definitely stay there again next time we're in that area."

"The hotel was great and the staff were lovely but they changed our room without telling us then refused to refund us for that. They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. "

"Our stay started off on a frustrating note due to issues with housekeeping. Room service didn’t come on the first day, and on the second day we had to call reception around 5pm to follow up. After speaking with the manager, we agreed on a specific daily time for housekeeping for the remainder of our 8-day stay. Unfortunately, even after this arrangement, the room was not serviced at the agreed time the following day, and we once again had to contact reception. While the staff did offer a room credit as a gesture, the repeated inconvenience did affect the overall holiday experience and made it difficult to fully relax thereafter. That said, the hotel itself has a lot going for it. The room was excellent, and the amenities were of a high standard. The rooftop area is a highlight, although it can get quite crowded—on one occasion we weren’t able to get chairs, which was disappointing. Overall, a property with great potential and strong facilities, but the inconsistency in service needs improvement to match the otherwise high standard."

"Just a block over from ocean drive. Located at 10th and Collins. It’s a bit Noisy. But you’re in south beach. Bar and restaurant on site. Oh and we got there at 10am and got a room right away. This will be my go to when cruising out of Miami."

"We love this place. This is our second stay. The pool and beach are impeccably maintained. All of the restaurants are great.we preferred the Arkadia Grill as it was the most laid back restaurant. ."
