"Floor had cigarette burn marks and the covers did too. Sundays staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.The breakfast staff lady was super cute and nice. Hot tub was dirty. Had dirty bubbling around in it Some staff needs work on how to talk to customers and got to handle their needs for their stay."

We travel a lot and we like staying in Clarions but this experience has been the worst ever"

"It was clean. There’s no pool. The hotel door doesn’t shut all the way . There’s not bath tub. It’s kind of a sketch area . It was clean though and the staff was nice "

"Bed was comfortable, but room was not the cleanest. There were long black hairs in the sink, crumbs on the floor. The elevators were shaky and made terrible noises that made us feel a little uneasy in them. Breakfast options were good, just not very warm."
