"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"The gym and pool were good but busy. It's a walk out of town, maybe 20 mins walk to the train station. Very nice staff, bar staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. Had a minor cleanliness issue with my room. They didn't correct it and didn't offer any recompense for it. Not my hair on the chair!"

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."

"I'm sorry to say I can't recommend the Alderley Edge Hotel. I stayed here for a business trip to the local business park, booked for two nights. The first night was fine — I slept well. My room (55, second floor) ran warm, but opening the window solved it. In the morning I noticed the shower pole had come away from the wall and was just hanging there. I flagged it at reception. It was still usable, so no real issue. The second night was a different story. The hotel was hosting an awards...

"Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...
