"¡Una hospitalidad de primera! El personal de Unipark fue maravilloso, profesional y muy cortés. Me trataron con respeto y me hicieron sentir un huésped valioso. Todo el hotel estaba limpio y en perfecto orden. Me encantó la variedad y la frescura del buffet de desayuno. El servicio de habitaciones tenía un precio razonable y valió la pena. Mi habitación era cómoda y espaciosa. Destaco la ropa de cama, la silla de oficina, el escritorio con enchufes bien ubicados, el buen wifi y la excelente presión de agua. Como aspectos a mejorar: cobrar un cargo adicional por alquilar una cafetera, la caja de seguridad pequeña y rota, y el ruido de la calle. Sin embargo, era la semana de Ecuador en la Copa Mundial, así que lo entiendo. ¡Muchas gracias por los postres y la nota que me dejaron en la habitación! Fue un gesto muy bonito que realmente aprecié. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo. ¡Gracias por recibirme! Fue un verdadero alivio en comparación con otros hoteles en los que me he hospedado en Sudamérica este año."

"We asked for a quiet room and were given an inside room that was very quiet. The room had new bathroom with beautiful slate tiles and a Roman shower design. The free parking is fantastic; you can go in and out all day as much as you’d like and they open the doors for you as soon as you arrive or are ready to leave. It’s inside parking too so the car never gets hot. They also have coffee, hot water, tea bags, and drinking water out all day. The kitchen is excellent with a very low price. The encebollado is great. If you need anything the staff is extremely accommodating."
