AMAZING PRICE! They were very good and flexible to accomodate my needs. Room was simple and very clean. Good shower. The suttle service, payed extra, very efficient and worth it. Excellent local food breakfast in a charming setting, good service as well. I will go back in my returning trip soon!,

The room was wide and clean but the windows could not stay opened. We had to lift them toward the exterior but there was nothing to keep them like that. Not seeing outside is kind of depressing...The pool was very nice and refreshing.

The site and facilities are comfortable, but the customer service is terrible and horrible. They damage everything good that the location and its facilities could be with the customer service they have. Bad attitudes and delays do not help at all; they have a service of abysmal quality.

Overal excellent, one problem and a big one. When we arrived the front desk clerk tried to increase our cost. We had our price that we prebooked 3 months earlier and she wanted to go against the contract and charge more. She should know if you upsell last minute none of your staff get tips. We refused the extra charge and were able to tip the great staff.

This is a nice Hotel in Guayaquil. However, I won't have french fries there anymore. Also the sauna is not that hot.
