Hotel is promising. Hotel staff were wonderful and at their best. Neat beds, Rooms was always clean. Cafeteria staff wonderful and very friendly. Every morning breakfast experience was a delight they always serve you with a smile and are always looking for the opportunity to satisfy your taste. They should increase more choices in the breakfast bar. But no complaints about breakfast, it was good. Front desk guys all of them very helpful. Also please the cleaning lady the best. Location it’s perfect. Right at the center of stores, restaurants, board walk (malecón) and others.

The hotel looks recently renovated, and so its very nice. The mini fridge was a nice surprise, as was the toothbrush and slippers. Water was provided, which is nice because i do need it. It was close to the places i wanted to go. There is complementary coffee in the lobby, you might want to bring creamer. I thought it was nice to have as many places i stay have nothing. The staff was great. The entry is stairs for anyone that might be an issue. The cafe for breakfast is next store, menu was left in the room, but many things closed at 5 or 6 when i was there. The cafe is where free breakfast is. Coffee, fruit, juice, cereal and yogurt, scrambled eggs with patacones brought out. Oddly no fork, just coffee spoon. Dont know if they have forks, i didn't take the time to ask. The coffee was really good, tiny cups, i dont know why. There was bread out, no jam or butter or toaster but to be fair there weren't going to be a lot of us and what we got was really good quality

Great place and great access to everything.

Great staff, polite and dedicated. They will accommodate you if you are reasonable. Well managed place. Fair value for the price. Two blocks from the Malecon(boardwalk where the action is). Safe location as well.

Excelente trato. Las habitaciones son normales, pero por el precio es muy aceptable. Me gustó la vista al parque de la habitación. Me encantó tener el desayuno cada mañana en un balcón con vista al parque (hay que pedir eso, y lo hicieron con mucha amabilidad). La ubicación es excelente.

The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was not as good as the ones shown in the ad. Talk about deception. It reminded me of a shelter, to be honest. The building was clearly still under construction. There was also a giant crack in the hallway floor. The only thing that made The Park look like a hotel was the lobby. And don't get me started on the breakfast. Eggs, a roll, and a small piece of "ham" the size of a Vienna sausage. I'm sorry, but my stay at the Park Hotel was not worth the $40, and I was embarrassed to tell my friend I was there. Maybe after construction it will look decent, but...yes, the condition of the building, the room and the quality of breakfast... The Park has some work to do. However, I liked the people working the front desk. The girl I checked in with was nice and so was the male receptionist during the night shift. The woman at checkout was nice enough to call a taxi for me to get to the terminal. The staff were the redeeming part of the hotel.

Proximity to Malecón was great. Very friendly staff and the receptionist spoke some English. Would have like a hairdryer since it is normally in rooms and I don’t carry one with me.

Not quite worth the price

This hotel is saved by the staff and the location. Extremely friendly, ready to help with anything, and always smiling. The location is perfect, close to everything. On the other side, the hotel suffers from lack of general maintenance. The air condition is noisy and dirty, the walls needs a good wash or preferably a thorough paintjob, and the elevator worked when it wanted to. We felt the 40$ a night a little steep considering the quality.
