"Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel."

"We made a same-day booking to The Farm through Hotels.com and could not have been more pleased with that choice. We received five-star hotel treatment by the staff upon arrival. "We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). "El recepcionista fue amabilísimo, nos enseñó las instalaciones y propuso actividades que hacer en la isla. Estuvimos solo una noche (de paso) pero es un lugar donde me podría alojar más tiempo. La habitación (nº1) y el cuarto de baño eran amplísimos y muy limpios, la cama muy cómoda y grande. El comedor-cocina compartidos muy bien equipados, todo súper nuevo y moderno. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!"
