"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Clean, kitchen had everything that was needed. Sea views. Staff so helpful, above and beyond what was expected. Use of hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, turkish steam room and gym. Even a playroom for kids. Only issue was that the laundry was really expensive. A washing machine available to guests would have been useful even with a charge."

"Staff were very kind & ingratiating. Common area were beautiful; a feeling of colonial Asia. Breakfast delicious; would like to have had more variety of hot food (maybe change it up daily.) Room was clean & spacious. Garden & pool beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place bit small enough to be intimate and service is personal."

The breakfast exceeded our expectations and you can’t beat the location. Beds are very comfortable and you have all the necessary utensils to cook your own meal in the room if you want. "Hotel is clean just a bit old and needs some love. Especially the shower, it's half a bath, so if you have mobility issues not good. And shower head was not good at all (so small and not much power). But hot water ok. Pool is in the basement which is dark, and can't use it if you don't have a swimming cap. Location is convenient, close to highway if you are driving, historic town 10-15 min walk, shopping mall 25 minutes walk, grocery almost in front of the hotel. I had no issues to park on the...

"Beautiful friendly people. Rooms are clean., although older. the pool/sauna should stay open until 10 or 11 because by the time we would get back to our room after spending the day exploring the beautiful island it was closed. Very disappointed we only used the pool once in 7 days. Need a bit more variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pillows that they keep using over & over again for different guests should be replaced or laundered for health reasons."
