"Our stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Our room was spacious with a separate living area and large bathroom. The best part was interacting with our hosts, the owners, Alon and his wife, Revaya, at the generous breakfast service. "Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "
