Beautiful balcony views of beach & bay

This is a wonderful beach-front property. The view from our balcony was the best I've ever had in all my trips to PV. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Emmanuel for his friendly demeanor and helpfulness during our stay. All in all an excellent property to soak in the views of Playa Los Muertos and the entire bay.

The property was close to the beach and had it own designated area with chairs and tables available, so we saw no need to rent any while we were on the beach. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room needs some maintenance, but it isn’t in shambles. Just looks a little dated. Overall the location was great and I would stay here again.

Upon our arrival, the elevator was not working, two televisions were not working, and there were not enough dishes for four people. The smoke detector went off all night and eventually fell down. There were only three chairs on the balcony even though we were four people. On the last day, the elevator was again not working, and we had no water to take a shower before leaving for the airport. We are very dissatisfied with this situation. This condo was not worth the price we paid. We are expecting compensation from you.

We have stayed in this property for 5 years, first time in this unit. The staff and property mngr. do an excellent job! All furniture dated, chipped and scratched. All appliances oxidized. Primary bedroom t.v. turns on in the middle of the night for no reason. No switch on bedroom light. The shower in both bathrooms have been updated but no cut out or shelf for soap, shampoo toiletries so everything goes on shower floor. Kitchen sink water never gets hot. No napkins or paper towels in kitchen. No amenities in kitchen I.e. salt, pepper or condiments.

The balcony with the view was marvellous. The fact that the pool was closed and it was not mentioned on Expedia when I made the reservation was deceiving. Also, the air conditioning was not working on the first night of 2. Staff at Playa Bonita was very kind. The rental agency help compensate for the unexpected inconvenience. I still recommend this beautiful place.
