"Had a lot of issues with the room key card. Did not work many times when trying to access the room or depart the room. Very annoying. Had to go to the front reception many times to have the card fix."

"Staff and facilities excellent. We didn't get chance to use the restaurant. The airport shuttle was very useful."

"Spacious, functional and super clean room. Amazing view! Buffet breakfast with excellent selection. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Shopping, sightseeing and transportation are all within walking distance. Housekeeping staff are amazing and they keep our room super clean everyday during our one week stay. We will stay at Grand Hyatt again when we return to Shanghai!"
