"I aleays chose the same hotel when I travel to Jacksonville. Great location & very convenient."

"My room was nice. The walk-in shower was something I didn’t expect BUT it was sweet. The hostess that I had for breakfast was nice and attentive. The bartender, Eric, was amazing. He’s a cool guy and not afraid to get into a convo with us."

"Loved the property. Unfortunately had a late check in because the cleaning staff didn’t have rooms cleaned. They were short staffed"

"The outside of the hotel is deceiving; it wasn't as kept up and nice as the inside. The inside though, was wonderful! Super clean entry and room! Overall, will definitely stay/recommend visiting family to stay here!"

"Excellent"

"Easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate and very spacious ( I had a king room ). The air worked great. Microwave, refrigerator and the shower was heaven after a long day. I would definatley stay here again."

"Great staff!"

"My only issue I was given a late check out - thank you - and I was told that after 11am my card would no longer work - totally fine I left the room to put stuff in my car around 9am only to return to my room unable to get in. I don’t know the specifics but maybe allow key cards to work until the official time of check out, which, at that location, was 11am"

"The woman at the checkin desk is so kind and friendly. She’s exactly who you want to see or talk to when you’re a weary traveler. Thank you!"

"Great Hotel"
