This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida with my husband . We usually stay Hilton hotels and we were so pleased with our stay here. We were in town for a concert and it was so easy to get a Lyft from the girl to and from the Vystar arena. The girl room was nice too and the free coffee during breakfast guys was a plus. It was also really convenient for the parking garage to be directly across from the hotel as it made it really easy to get our stuff to the hotel and then back to our car upon leaving. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent stay . Very friendly and helpful staff. Josh was working like a champ at the breakfast area . We came mainly for the Jacksonville Jaguars home opener. The staff got us the information on the game day express.. which picks up and drops off right there by the property.. which was the best way to get to and from the stadium.. we had a great experience there and will most likely return again in the future.

Biggest problem was locating the entrance at night. The hotel shares an entrance and parking lot with a city owned lot. Apple Maps gave suboptimal directions. Staff at check-in were extremely helpful. Our plane was two hours late, and most restaurants were closed. The hotel restaurant was able to serve a good meal at 9 :30.

The location is good for traveling around Jacksonville. However, the property is not worth the cost. The restaurant lacks options and the food quality is substandard. The bar service is very good, but it’s very difficult to determine hours and times are not posted.

Rooms clean and large. Bed and pillows good. Need a free breakfast for guests only wanting something small. Great location. Other places such as Hampton Inn and Durey have free breakfast and Druey has a free afternoon lunch. Staff and all other workers were great answering questions and giving directions.
