The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was a bit cramped, but good water pressure. The breakfast was out of this world amazing! Selections for all appetites. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again!

Sehr gute Lage, älter jedoch sehr sauber
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Fluss, direkt am Park, 300m von der Karlsbrücke entfernt. Um das Hotel, in etwa 5 Minuten laufen mindestens 15 Restaurants. Super ist auch, dass man direkt am Hotel ein Elektro-Fahrzeug laden kann(11kW). Parken ist im übrigen mit einem Elektrofahrzeug in ganz Prag kostenlos, dazu muss man sein Fahrzeug bei der Stadt anmelden, kostet lediglich 4,- Euro Verwaltungsgebühr, statt etwa 23,- Euro/Tag. Übrigens ist auch die Nutzung der Autobahn für Elektroautos gebührenfrei. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas älter, die Zimmer auch, dennoch ist alles in einem gepflegten Zustand und sehr sauber. Am Nachmittag gibt es in der Nähe der Lobby ein paar kleine Häppchen und Getränke. Kommunikation ist auf english möglich, deutsch nur wenn man Glück hat. Von uns eine Empfehlung mit einer Schulnote 2.

Great location
Great hotel, location is excellent you can walk to all the attractions. Staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Large rooms and very comfy beds. Wi-Fi works well even in your rooms. Would highly recommend 5*

We had a wonderful stay at Kampa Gardens, the staff couldnt have been more friendly and welcoming. Our room was stunning, very spacious with large windows over looking the canal. Breakfast was fantastic, such a wide range of options, all of very good quality. The position of the hotel was just perfect! Would highly recommended and wouldnt hesitate to return!

Nice hotel, tasty breakfast, the hotel crew is absolutely great! The Karlsbrücke is only a few minutes walking away - we stayed here second time & enjoyed it!

Excellent place. They provided me good breakfast buffet and good installations and facilities for my wife’s grandma.

Fantastisk central hotel.
Dejlig hotel under Karlsbroen. Venlig og hjælpsom personale (Jana, Daniel og Tomas) altid en venlig hilsen og et smil. Fantastisk morgen-brunch. Kan simpelhen ikke komme i tanke om noget der mangles. Alt blev blev fyldt op, selv 1/2 før lukketid. 5 ud af 5 stjerner til dette hotel.
