wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! We enjoyed eating out by the pool and watching the fire show. Keith Richardson we are really hoping to come back to thailand and stay at Devasom again in the future.

The pool area on the beach is beautiful and can only imagine how special the beach would be out of monsoon season. The dining options / quality of food need improvement . Amazing hotel and beautiful decorated. The pool area are stunning - a small hiccup were a smaller pool of dirt and sunscreen - when shown to pool staff they just looked and did nothing. Breakfast is good - but is definitely better at JW Mariott - however for me the location, smaller size beat other hotels in Khao Lak. I only had dinner at the Grill Bar (at the pool) - okay good but I had trouble to identify the Michelin touch. Will Dream of coming back 😊

South thailand Family July 2024

The hotel has had high profile plus a customer base whom wants super luxury. Our first night check in was basic and we got a suite room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was for more Thai food based on fish, sweet deserts which I feel could be expanded to European cuisine. The pool and on site restaurants are very good, child friendly plus the beech is 3 mins walk from any main buildings. We would recommend and best time to visit is Nov to May.

This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms. Very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated with views to the ocean and over the pool. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Max at the front desk gets a special mention as he went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is slightly out of town, but they offer a free shuttle service a few times a day. The only negative for us was the quality of the food. I think its lets the hotel down and there is certainly room for improvement. Other than that, I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

This is an amazing resort with fantastic staff. Everybody greets you with a genuine smile, from the front desk to the cleaner to the groundskeepers, etc. The restaurant has a Michelin star which we didn't even realise when booking. Suffice to say we went for the 8-course degustation! The pool is huge and was mostly empty while we were there (September), and the pool grill has great food as well. Breakfast is also amaaazing with local Thai delights like pandan leaf and sticky rice, along with more European foods. Our room was THE BEST we have ever stayed in, with its own private plunge pool and loungers. We were sad to leave, but had such a good time here. 10/10 outstanding

How do you start off describing this magical resort? From the gong at the lobby to the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Thailand - this resort is without a doubt the best resort my wife and I have ever been to. This resort is a stunningly beautiful place to spend a few days. The pool is gorgeous and there is the beach right there. Quests can take advantage of available bikes, canoes and surfboards anytime and the staff cannot do enough to help and be of service. Buffet breakfast is amazing and there are 2 restaurants within the resort for other meals. There is a spa offering relaxing services.

Devasom was up to date and was a spectacular property. I had a room with a pool that opened up to the lagoon. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was celebrating my Spouse's birthday and the team made her birthday very memorable with flowers, wine, cake, etc...
