Good stay - need to improve check in and out

Appartment was great, location fantastic but need to improve check in and check out. Checking in : Was warned there was no front desk after 10pm so we arrived at 4pm. Main enterance was slightly tricky to find but when done we we greeted by security. They were not aware of our booking and tried their best to find our 'host'. The telephone number on the booking, when called, was incorrect. After an awkward 15 mins or so wait someone arrived to check us in. They were pleasent enough and guided us through the property and up to the apartment. We paid an extra £20 cash for parking and were told if we needed to leave to call the hostb or in and out access. Fortunately we did not need to leave and our car remained in the secure car park. We checked out at 10.30am the following day and texted the host to request check out process. Unfortunately we did not hear so we finally left the apartment and gave the key to security.

Very disappointed and over priced

We were highly disappointed. The photos made the room look huge. There was an additional cost for parking which wasn’t included in booking which we weren’t prepared for. We didn’t have any instructions on how to get out of car park. You needed a fob which we didn’t have. We weren’t told how or where to leave the keys to check out. I would never stay here again as double the price and twice the hassle as anywhere else. Complete waste of money.
