It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. "We had a good stay at this hotel. I have 3 reservations: 1) The cooked breakfast options were quite limited and the portions small. 2) The hotel is a long way from other things, for example its about a 30 minute walk into Lagos old town, and the nearest beach is quite limited. 3) We had problems watching TV for our whole stay, with the progress spinner popping up regularly making it necessary to go back and reselect the channel. To the hotel's credit they looked at the problem every time we raised it (every day) but didn't really mange to sort it out completely."

"The staff at this property were great, they went above and beyond to help. The property is little dated and it shows in the washroom. Even though the property was clean, because the fixtures were old they did not look very clean. Other cons, safe did not work, A/c remote did not work. We also did not stay long enough to give them an opportunity to fix those. Over all it is a decent place. The pool and the restaurant near it were great. The other pros were the location close to the beach and the two excellent restaurants near the property."
