"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place. It’s very comfortable well located place to stay in Florence. The sheets and pillows could be a little softer, but that’s the only issue"

"We had an amazing time at Luxor Florence, at the beginning of our stay we were in a room upstairs and after talking to the front desk Adriana she moved us to a very quiet room for the baby. Everyone was very attentive Sharain, Awais, Sonia and Sara, With a baby I Felt comfortable and we also were able to have a baby travel bed in the room provided by the hotel. They offered a complimentary breakfast and accommodated some choices to make it more comfortable for the baby. The only thing missing I...

"We had an awesome 2 night stay! Beautiful, quiet location. Rooms are gorgeous. The rooftop bar and pool were another plus! Highly recommend."

Every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and their...

The suite's location was right in the middle of everything,...

"We have a wonderful time there and the staff at the hotel, they are so nice but they has just one lift and too small but it ok bc they still has it."

"almost everything was super: the staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfaast was very good, cleanness was great too, only one thing surprised me: the bed did not have a fitted sheet, instead they used kind of two flat sheets to my mind-?but that was the only questionable thing to me"
