Terrific

This hotel was simply perfect, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly, kind and efficient. The hotel is relatively new, so beds, furniture, bathroom etc are elegant and spotless.

Gorgeous modern hotel staff where lovely, plenty of room good choice for breakfast and good location. Literally the only downside was how dark it is. We had no windows for any kind of natural light and the same in the lobby so you literally can’t tell if it’s night or day until you go outside

Fab hotel in a great location in old town! Our room was gorgeous with all the amenities required and was very quiet. Every day when we returned from exploring our bed (which was very comfy) was remade impeccably! Decor throughout hotel had attention to detail in finishes & is stylish & classy. Extremely kind & helpful staff. A short walk to tram / bus stop. Various bars / restaurants, cafes & shops all just a stones throw away. Would definitely highly recommend staying here when visiting Bilbao & surrounding places. *****

What a GEM!! From check in to check out was 5 star. Definitely NOT a 2 star. Beautiful hotel. Best amenities eith high quality. Fron vanity packs to dental packs. Mini comb. Shower cap. Slippers. Mini fridge. Safe. Highest quality. WOW!! Clean and perfect. Breakfast is excellent with hot meal options and cold cuts. The staff are so professional and friendly. Nothing too much to ask. I would highly recommend you to try this hotel. Shout out to Inigo & Facundo at reception. Very welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14
