Big amd clean place with a great view. Located just a 5min walk to a beautiful beach. Esp gteat when low tide as you can walk along the sea beds. Just that will be good to have hamd towel in the room.

As Expected (5stars for you)

Well done to all the hotel crew. From the entrance to the reception to the restaurant, all of them are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check out. Love the room and the view from the balcony, (11th storey, facing Melaka Straits) are superb. We like it so much. Many choices and delicious breakfast. .. No problem for parking lot. Hopefully will have another night here; next time.

Since it's a resort hotel, I booked a room that jutted out into the sea, but the view of the sea from the floor of the room was dirty and I couldn't see anything out to sea. The pool is also the size for children to play in, and is very different from the hotel guide photo. It's very inconvenient to go anywhere, and there's no place to go for a walk along the coast.

바닷가 해변위 숙소 멋있네요. 객실도 넓고 뷰가 좋습니다. 그런데 수영장은 규모도 작고 너무 별로네요, 주위에 나갈곳도 없고 옆 그랜드 호텔 커피하우스가서 식사했어요, 그런데 그랜드 엑시스 호텔에 있는 커피 하우스를 구글맵으로 찾았는데 마을 한복판으로 안내해서 식겁했어요, ^^

Very busy New Year weekend and they seemed short-staffed which is understandable given the low occupancy over the past few months. Supposed to check in at 3 pm. Only got a room by 5.45 pm. Towels and amenities only placed for 2 person instead of the 4 booked.

Poor Internet Access

We appreciate the fact that we were upgraded to Grand Lexis from Lexis due to sanitization work. Also, the room was spacious, clean and had an amazing sea view. However, the WiFi speed was extremely slow. After we complained, a technician came to look at our room router. He informed us that the fault is at the central server. We were told that it would take 30min to fix. However, when we called up to inquire why the WiFi was still hardly accessible, we were then informed that it could only be fixed the next morning. Again, the next morning, the WiFi remained extremely slow until we checked out. This is extremely disappointing for a premium class hotel like Lexis. It is unthinkable that in a time when everyone depends on the internet for news, study, work and entertainment, Lexis should have such poor internet access. This incident marred our otherwise pleasant one night stay.

I stayed at the water chalet. Upgraded to Executive. Thank you for this. The chalet looks old even though it is well maintained. It may need some refurbishment? At night, the were no corridor lights. Guard said fuse went off and can only be repaired thr next day. Had to use the light from our mobile phones because it was too dark. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Ample space for parking.
