"This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. "Location was very central so lucky to have found this. Room was spacious and clean. Staff really nice too. Rooftop was a pleasant surprise but they wanted to double charge me. It was sorted at the end as I showed them evidence of the payment."

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, except fot the fact that we got rubbed for 2600 while they are cleaning the room. We felt bad accusing anyone specific and told management but obviously they said nothing was stolen because its right to defend their team as they should. Overall everything else was amazing i just hope we didnt get money stolen at the hotel"

"Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. "Great property right on the water. Steps towards the beach! A bit of a challenging drive to/from the property into the city. Lots of narrow, winded roads and the path is pitch black at night so be careful. But the beach is beautiful."

"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"
