"Very good pleasant stay with excellent staff. The room was a wee bit tired around the edges but would be happy to stay there again."

"An amazing place and family friendly"

"Amy on reception has given us excellent service every time we visit organised transport to the bus station and answering questions very knowledgeable great team in this hotel"

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Great food, great room."

"Great location. Great amenities. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly."

"!"

"wish there were an electric tea kettle in the room."

"The only reason for giving four stars rather than five was in relation to the Leisure Club. The pool is very shallow at one end (I could actually sit on the floor of the pool and have my head above water). This makes it unsuitable for swimming lengths, although I am sure it is very good for children. I would have preferred it to have been the same depth for the whole length. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I can mention by name Euan, who sorted out my check in,...

"Stayed here for one night to attend a concert at the OVO Hydro. Hotel was very clean and the bed and shower were amazing! At check in, the team were very helpful and provided additional information about the local area and food/drink available on site. Asked for rooms near each other as we had booked 3 and this was so convenient. The bar is open 24 hrs so it was lovely to return and have a drink and some snacks after the event. Literally 2 minutes from the venue which was perfect! Would 100...

"We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great Stay Very impressive "

"Reception staff not friendly or welcoming, room ok, breakfast ok"

"Large rooms"

"Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms. Breakfast is offering continental and British options, generously served strait from the kitchen, well cooked using high quality ingredients. Staff is always attentive and helpful."

"Very close to the airport. The hotel is in the airport grounds. Therefore, when we dropped off my wife to check in with the luggage, I had to pay to exit the parking. Nobody told me this at check-in. The window in the room was stuck open making the room very noisy. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the airport and the price was reasonable"
