The staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. The downside of this hotel is the limited on-site parking; staff were able to direct us to nearby on-street parking, but that is expensive (not the hotel's fault, it is run by the city).

Lovely hotel, I felt very welcomed by the staff despite arriving looking a bit dishevelled on arrival and feeling out of place. Old school vibes and definitely seems to be favoured by an older generation than me (40m) but very comfortable, great location next to the Botanical Gardens and Oran Mor. Super spot for stays in the west end.

Hotel itself was lovely in the communal areas, reception, breakfast room etc and staff were all lovely, however, the room was very dated. There was mould in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The shower would switch from roasting to luke warm throughout showering.

Courteous, welcoming staff, however, our room looked directly into a neighbouring roof, with workmen working until 5.30pm and then again in the morning, meaning we couldn’t nap/were woken up. We also had to keep the curtains closed during the day as they could see directly in.
