"The ground floor rooms were fairly cold at night which i liked. The staff found garbage bags to tape to the hallway window for me because it was letting in too much light. The hallways can be a bit loud if other guests are making noise, but i didnt have too much issue with it"

"Walter is very attentive and the use of the jacuzzi helped relaxed our sore muscles. The room was clean, spacious and nice with hot flowing water and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this location! Definitely would stay here if I return.. "

"This property is tucked away in the cobblestone streets an easy 5 minute walk to the plaza. The two twin room was nice and there was hot-ish water and a hair dryer. The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The only thing was our 3rd floor room, although quiet, was quite cold. Colder than the temperature...

"This hotel is fantastic! The owners and staff are the kindest, most welcoming, helpful and caring people we have met. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms and grounds are comfortable and beautiful! We loved it and highly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this beautiful town. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Natalia took good care of us and we were able to communicate well despite our limited Spanish. There was good wifi, lots of blankets, a nice view of the street and the ruins from the balcony and the breakfast was delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome....

"We loved this place in Ollantaytambo. Our items were picked up by the hosts free of charge at the train station and we explored on foot until we arrived at the home later in the day. The home is spacious and well maintained with a large patio and great views of the city. Catta was flexible with our needs and held our bags until we left Ollantaytambo in the late afternoon. I would highly recommend the stay to any group of friends or family visiting!"
